Shipping policy

At Bacha Toys, we strive to deliver your orders safely and on time across all of Pakistan. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully:


1. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery takes 3 to 6 working days.

  • Working days do not include Sundays or any government-declared holidays.


2. Order Confirmation

  • After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation call within 24 to 48 hours.

  • During this call, you must confirm your order.

  • Our team will attempt the confirmation call up to 4 times.

  • If the call is not received or answered, your order may be canceled.


3. Order Dispatch

  • Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched the same day.

  • Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • If you place an order via email, a tracking ID will be shared with you via email once your order is dispatched.

  • You can also contact customer support at any time to get tracking details.


5. Delivery Hours

  • Deliveries are made during working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • Deliveries will not occur on Sundays or government-declared holidays.


6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your parcel is damaged or lost, contact customer support immediately.

  • For damaged items, you must provide an unboxing video as proof.

  • Claims for lost or damaged parcels will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy (exchanges only).


7. Possible Delays

  • Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, including:

    • Road blockages

    • Bad weather

    • Government holidays or other unexpected events
