  • You must provide an unboxing video as proof for any damaged products.


2. Refunds

  • Payments will not be refunded under any circumstances.

  • Refunds are not available for any product, including sale items.


3. Exchanges

  • Only exchanges are allowed for damaged or faulty products.

  • Sale items cannot be exchanged.

  • To request an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide details of the issue.

  • Damaged products must include an unboxing video as proof to process the exchange.

  • Any issue or request received after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
